As a Deputy Public Defender who protects and defends the rights of SF’s most vulnerable residents through effective, vigorous, compassionate, and creative legal advocacy, Brian is no stranger to serving his community. He brings this same passion to the Reason to Party team, which he joined in 2011. As Treasurer of Reason to Party, Brian is responsible for all financial operations of the company, including financing, reporting, and accounting, and for making sure that we don’t waste any money and thereby donate as much as possible to our beneficiaries.

RTP’s mission to support under-served populations as well as the organization’s ability to impact the community by benefiting a wide array of charitable organizations drew Brian to the organization.

Brian is always willing to take that extra step for the organization. He showed his versatility as a team player when he was called into duty to model swimsuits during a fashion show at our Save the Waves fundraiser in August of 2011. Brian looks forward to the bright future of this organization both in San Francisco and around the world.
