Founded in September 2008, Verge Center for the Arts (VCA) is a
non-profit arts organization focused on the promotion and support
of contemporary art in the Sacramento region. This mission
is accomplished through the production of contemporary art
exhibitions, artist residencies, educational programming, and by
providing affordable studio space to Sacramento artists.
The combination of these four elements creates an environment for
the exploration and understanding of contemporary art that is
unlike any other in Sacramento.
Sacramento Splash is a local nonprofit dedicated to helping local children understand and value their natural world through scientific investigation and outdoor exploration.
Splash believes that all children deserve the opportunity to learn and play in nature. It offers a variety of environmental science programs designed to introduce Sacramento area kids to the wonders of science by teaching them about local habitats.
